Meet The Team
Founded in 2024, TCM is dedicated to the concept of long-term relationships built on trust, integrity, and consistency. Our experienced staff is here to make every Board Member’s job easier by making them the volunteers they were meant to be.
Daniel Nepomuceno
MANAGER
Daniel started his career in real estate in 2013 upon graduating from DePaul University. He’s worked with hundreds of Associations over the past eleven (11) years and has worked to bring them all up to a standard of excellence. Daniel is a licensed Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), an Accredited Management Specialist (AMS), and is currently working toward his accreditation as a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.
Sarah Harrison
BOOKKEEPER
Sarah has 15 years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper. She brings extensive expertise in managing all aspects of financial operations, from day-to-day bookkeeping to comprehensive financial reporting. She is proficient in handling accounts payable and receivable, payroll, general ledger maintenance and reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closings. Sarah has a deep understanding of accounting software and tax compliance, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth operations for businesses across various industries.
